Returns

All return requests must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please either email us at [email protected] or call us on 01615235778.

Returning products must be unused, unmarked and returned in their original packaging to prevent damage on return transit. We do not allow return of cold chain products or medical products that are used within aesthetics, this is due to hygiene and safety issues. We will only accept returns of products if they’re damaged on arrival, proof will be required.

Any goods to be found be defective or damaged must be returned to us for inspection, if found to be to be faulty a refund or replacement will be issued to the buyer. We must be notified of any issues with the product within 24 hours of arrival or within 12 months of delivery where the defect would not be apparent on reasonable inspection.

Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled by the buyer on written notice before dispatch and will incur cancellation charges to the amount of expenses to our commitment.

Any orders that have already been dispatched will not be available for cancellation due to the medical nature of the products.

Liability

We warrant that the goods shall be of satisfactory quality and shall correspond with any specification at the time of delivery. All other conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise in relation to the goods are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for late arrival by Royal Mail and any delayed delivery must be discussed with Royal Mail via their claims department.
